its still a long ways off. My guess is that the new round of consoles will be released just before christmas 2005. That will be an excited time!

I'm looking forward to seeing what Sony come up with for the design and overall aesthetic of the new PlayStation, considering how well they're doing with the WEGA, Qualia and their new range of desktop and notebook computers it should be a seriously original and desirable piece of kit.

I'm sure the performance will be cracking as well.

The console market seems to be heating up. I dont' own one, but I'm *very* interested to see what's coming!
