My iPhone 16 Pro will come today so I cannot test this yet. I thought this might help some people. Some reviewers have commented that the Camera Control 'button' can be hard to press all the way. When doing so, you're more likely to move the phone, resulting in a blurry image.

Apparently you can adjust the force needed to trigger in Accessibility. From a review.

I found additional options under Settings > Accessibility > Camera Control. Here, you can toggle Camera Control on/off, Show Adjustments on/off, and adjust the pressure required to activate the feature. When shooting in high-motion environments, I found it useful to toggle “Show Adjustments” off, effectively turning Camera Control into a simple shutter button without adjustments.

And to add to this information, in camera settings you can change so double press is needed to start camera instead of one.
