Well just found a nasty bug. I added All Billy Joel albums to my library, a few hundred songs. I click Make Available Offline, downloaded them all. Was just showing off the feature to someone, click Make Available Offline again and it's now re-downloading all those tracks again. I can also confirm it deleted the tracks as my storage usage dropped drastically. They need to correct this or make Available Offline like Spotify which is a slider selection to turn it on and off for artists/albums/playlists.

If I select an album that is already downloaded, the menu option changes to "remove downloads" (but only when the whole album has finished downloading)

Hmmmm now I see that option, perhaps the albums hadn't fully downloaded and it was in a limbo state and caused both remove and download actions to happen.

How on Earth can you get it to stop frickin' downloading?

I've disabled all of Apple Music on my phone, logged out of all iCloud, rebooted 2x and it STILL is stuck downloading over 2,000 songs I made the huge mistake of asking for "off line".

Oh my god this is awful. Apple - What is wrong with your cloud stuff?
