If you have an ipwnstore (or builds.io I guess, but I haven't tried it) account, you can download the .ipa file that the jailbreak installs, upload and sign it via ipwnstore and then install it.

The only difference I can see is that the "rejailbreak" app it installs doesn't work after a reboot, you can just rerun the full jailbreak app again though. Im not sure if this has any negative side effects?

On the plus side it doesn't require your apple id and password doing it this way.

Seems to work for me.
