public beta 2?

I have nothing to go on, but I'd say it's at LEAST two weeks out. Maybe a month, based on previous release patterns.
Probably coming this Tuesday or Wednesday…. 
In the past for iOS the public beta launch (iOS 8.3 PB 1 and 9 PB 1) have been Thursday's. (8.4 wasn't a "launch", it just continued from 8.3)
Every build for PB outside of those two launch days have been same days as DP builds. (DP always getting 1-3 builds before seeing the first PB, from then on both have come out same days (Mostly Tuesday's.)
This Tuesday coming up is the first real candidate for iOS 9 DP 4 and we "should" see PB 2 at the same time. This of course is if Apple continues the same pattern they've done as of late.
So will I have to be using PB 1 in order to receive PB 2? I used PB1 but then reverted back to 8.4 so when PB 2 is released will Apple not allow me to use it if I'm not currently using PB 1? I remember reading something like once your using PB 1 that Apple will send you the update automatically through software update on your phone for the next PB. Or will I just be able to download PB2 if I'm on 8.4?
If you're on 8.4 when the PB2 comes out, checking for an update (with the profile installed) should yield the ability to download PB2.
I've never used a beta and reverted back and then try to install the newest build. So no clue.
You might need PB 1 for PB 2 to show up in the Software Update. Unless someone knows for sure, all you can do it wait and see if PB 2 shows up OTA from 8.4 when it gets released. (Of course assuming you still have the profile installed.) If not then you'll need to go 8.4 > 9 PB1 > 9 PB 2.
**EDIT** batting1000 answered above mine and answeres that. You should see PB 2 and skip over PB 1.
Ok Thanks, I was confused because I obviously signed up through Apples website with my Apple ID and password to get the PB 1 and I thought I remembered reading from there that Apple would send the next update through my phone by the software update but since I reverted back to 8.4 would it still send me the update when PB 2 arrives or should I go back on PB 1? I really want to try the next PB and it sounds like it's coming soon.
What did you mean with the profile installed?
The profile connects you to the public beta update server. If you're on 8.4 and you have the public beta profile, it's likely you'll be able to get PB2 despite not being on PB1. If not, you can just update to PB1 and then check for an update again and PB2 will appear.
I'm not sure I still have the profile because when reverted back to 8.4 I had to do a restore and then load 8.4 back on. I guess I would have to load back the pb 1 again.
If you have the feedback app then you have the profile. So check to see if you have that or not. If not then just re enroll your phone on the beta website.
