Public Beta - Can't turn on wifi

I just installed the public beta on my 2013 Mac Pro and I can't turn the wifi on no matter what I do..

Not on the menu bar, not on settings, won't work on diagnostics or assistant. Already restarted, done all i can think of.

Anyone else with this issue?
