Public Beta getting the GM?

Does anyone know if those of us on PB can get the GM? The last beta version was terribly buggy on my phone and I really want to upgrade my phone asap.

Just download the IPSW and use Shift+update in iTunes...

Yes, by installing it on September 16th like everyone else.

I would have thought Apple will want people to be a stable as possible, so I'm sure it will be here soon.
