Has anyone had issues with a Kernal Panic occurring when trying to use Feedback Assistant to send OS X feedback?

When trying to gather the diagnostic information the computer freezes and restarts with the Kernal Panic screen appearing. I want to leave feedback, but this error makes that hard to do.

I'm getting Kernel Panics when I have my audio interface plugged in but not with Feedback Assistance. Feedback assistance worked fine to submit my report.

Could always use bugreport.apple.com. It's not as pretty, but it does the same trick.
