Just installed it and it is very glitchy - stuff mostly works and it's usable but a lot of tiny bugs here and there.

all betas, and even official OS releases, have bugs. which ones are you personally experiencing? i already follow that thread...
The easiest one to spot concerns the way the new security with Safari 17 works and sometimes URLs that seem like they are loaded but still show issues with how the webkit security works when they show some never stopping animation. Requires one to reload the URL again to stop it. That is across iOS/PadOS and MacOS. iOS occasional shows something received and you deleted/cleared that, but still showing a notification flag on the dock icon that is only cleared when you shutdown/startup iOS. (Recents/Messages). Stuff like that is barely a nuisance, but it happens. ;)

i have this weird icon showing up, it doesn t do anything, I can drag it around by holding cmd and using the mouse like any menubar icon. I'm hiding it under the notch since i can now drag the cursor under the notch unlike in Ventura where the cursor would 'jump' from one side to the other. LOL

animations in the feedback app are glitchy with text appearing over other text. a lot of animations are glitchy.
cmd+tab switching to a minized app doesn't make the app in the foreground, if i switch to the browser, i can still create new tabs with cmd+t but the app remain minimized.
that's the bugs i found after an hour of updating.

Happens on macrumors for me occasionally, though not sure if I’ve encountered it here since DevB3

Currently on Public Beta 2,
I am having issue with spotlight not indexing the applications. tried some command found in the forum to force reindexing but I am getting the message 'unknown indexing state' and nothing else.

sudo mdutil -E / sudo mdutil -ai off sudo mdutil -ai on sudo mdutil -i on /

any suggestion?
