iPhone Pulling down notification center sleeping phone

I'm not sure what recent update may be causing this but lately about 50% of the time when I start to pull down the notification center it will pop back to the top and sleep the phone. The last update I did was activator. Has anyone else been having this problem?

do you have an activator gesture swiping down from the top or something to stimulate the pressing of the sleep button?

Nope. My activator settings are the same for my ipad and iphone. The only difference is that my iphone is on activator 1.9 and my ipad is on the previous version. It's very annoying. Sometimes takes 4-5 times to get my notification center down without it sleeping the phone.

Remove Activator and see if anything changes
