Hello, im considering buying an iPAD/IPAD pro to use mainly at work.
I want to be able to organise and take notes / todo lists etc and also have a number of books in iBooks and Kindle which i want to be able to read and annotate/add notes.
The iPAD pro seems to be what most people use but here in the UK the 64GB pro with pencil (totalling the equivalent of $950!!!!) is more that twice the price of a 32GB iPad with something like this:

Few questions as i have a hard time justifying the pro given the price difference unless there really are significant usability/productivity gains:
1) if i want a few apps, store some books and annotations I'm thinking that 32gb (26gb free) would be enough?
2) are there any apps/functionality i wouldn't be able to use, given my needs, by going with the normal iPad with the cheaper pencil?
3) IN terms of annotation and note taking, i need to be able to highlight key parts of books and (ideally) bring those together into a single document so I can have a list of key activities with references across multiple books - is that possible?
4) recommendations for best note taking app - organising projects and pages within a project, ideally able to translate written text to typed
5) is MSOffice available for both devices and can they translate written to typed?
