Apple Music Purchased Album not downloading all the purchased tracks

This issue has been plaguing since the dawn of time when iCloud music and Apple Music Match came to existence, I only have APM and not iCloud Music but that shouldn't be the reason behind this. Is there a reason a purchased Album under purchased only download few tracks instead of the Album I paid for? Could it be the record label behind these issues because either they removed the album some time ago and readded which has happened.

Thank goodness few albums I purchased I backed them up to my external hard Drive one album that I purchased from iTunes 4 years back I believe Sasha- Involv3r no longer is available on iTunes not even sure why the label Global Underground has not brought it back while they brough previous two of the serious (which are the best).

This is something Apple needs to investigate when it comes to Purchased music and Apple Music Matching it really makes a mess in the library when you, so albums added and not just single tracks.

I think the only way to confirm if previously purchased tracks are no longer available is to contact Apple Music support.

But it is available and looking in the iTunes store it says purchased🤷‍♂️ Why doesn't Apple allow to re-download from the directly store instead of under purchase. Confused here with the logic and the option to be able to re-download your purchased music.
