I purchased an app using my debit card on my iPhone using my other Apple ID.

I would like to install the same app on my primary iPhone in which I use my other Apple ID.

Does anyone know that I need to purchase again the same app using my same debit card?

Next question.

What if I decide to delete the app and reinstall it? Do I need to purchase again?

I haven't used the feature so I apologize if I am wrong, but couldn't you just setup a family share between your two Apple IDs and have access to whatever app is purchased between the two accounts?

Like I said, I haven't set up family sharing past the point of locking downloads/purchases from my daughters iPad Mini that is technically family shared so that it still shows up under my main accounts Find My and whatnot

no you dont need to buy it again.

firstly, as another poster said, you can likely use family sharing.

even if you cant, for example i have two accounts, 1xUk and 1xPortuguese, which cant family share. i only use the Uk account for certain uk free apps, mainly tv like bbc iplayer and itv hub etc...

to install them, i have to log out, log back in with uk account, download, log out and back in again. but once they are on my phone/ipad they happily update even when logged in using the Portuguese account.
