Purchased content disappearing from iTunes

I purchase a lot of movies and TV series from iTunes. Friday, suddenly and without warning, all of the purchased content disappeared from my iTunes library on all of my Macs. All are running 10.14.6 with nothing having been recently updated to the system locally. The movies were there a day earlier, but gone Friday. Only downloaded content was available in the library on a per device basis. Strangely, all of the purchases were still discoverable and streamable on my iPhone and iPad, AND if I go into Accounts>Purchases from the menu bar on iTunes, I can see the content there (and download them) but there remains nothing in my Library available to stream.

I spent several hours on Friday with varying levels of Apple Tech Support and it is escalated to engineers to work on, but I am putting this out there in case anyone else has experienced this already and has a suggested cure. I have logged out or and back into my iTunes account on all devices and have shut down and rebooted the machines, as well. Thanks in advance.

Did they have you run "Check for available purchases"? It's under Music > Account. I assume they did but that's what I'd try first.

They did not, but I just did and no change. A good thought, though.

Are they still for sale on iTunes? I'm wondering if a license agreement changed and the content is no longer available.

A few times my ATV4K has 'forgotten' about all my purchases (and I mean ALL of them) and they show prices and are no longer in my "Up Next" library and my Library would be blank.

A reboot always seems to fix this issue. Somehow the DRM software is crashing in the background...

All are still for sale. Not a licensing issue. For scale, I am talking hundreds of movie titles and some 30 or so TV series.

Issue isn't on the ATV, it is on my Macs. I have rebooted all Macs and signed out of iTunes and logged back in on all of them. No dice. All titles appear on my ATVs, iPhone and iPad. Only the Macs with iTunes are experiencing the issues, and it randomly showed up on all of them Friday morning.
