Purchased game not launching (!)

Hi there

I just purchased a game from a very popular game developer company and installed it on my iPhone. However the game keeps just crashing at launch and not starting at all. I even rebooted my iPhone and now re-installed it twice.

I'm on a 3GS (32gb, enough free space). Really don't understand why i'm having this issue.

Any idea? And if this keeps happening is there a way to get a refund?

If you installed it through your iPhone then try erasing it, downloading it in iTunes on your computer and then sync it over. It should fix the problem.

Contact the developer support first !

Apps are usually tested but there may be unexpected conditions so it's best to contact the developer and explain the issue...

Whats the game?

I bought Ms. Pac Man and the app loads like once out of 10, it annoys me a bit so i dont evn play it. I have contacted Namco and get no response. There are many other bad reviews with the same issue, so i know its not me only. I have deleted reinstalled from phone and itunes many times.

I guess these things just happen.
