iPad Pro Purchased iPad pro used m1 cellular issues with activating please help.

Hey everyone

I recently purchased an iPad Pro 11 inch from eBay m1 128gb cellular used in good condition seller has good feedback and described the issue in detail. The seller stated when he went to perform an IOS update the iPad went into this activation mode and won’t get out. He stated he has remove his iPad from his account and when I look it says iCloud unlocked. I currently have the iPad tried to put in DFU mode restore it and update it and it still gives me the same activation error. Also it shows the iPad is locked to this specific email address still of the previous owner. Could this be the problem still I never seen this issue before. Is there anyway I can fix this at all? Thank you for reading.

You need to return the item and get a refund. The iPad is worthless to you in that condition. It is a paperweight.

The real owner should be able to have the lock removed. If the lock is on, draw your own conclusions.
