So I purchased a movie for my little one- and it shows up in my list of Apple TV downloads, but without an icon of the movie poster next to it like the other movies that have successfully downloaded- and there is a symbol next to it that looks like a half filled circle. I have tried to re-Synch several times but that movie never completes. I have paid for it- and cannot figure out how to fix this situation or how to get in touch with someone at Apple TV to get a refund...Help!

I'd probably start with the movie. The half filled circle means that it only downloaded halfway (It's a recent addition to iTunes). Is it still showing up in the downloads section of iTunes? I would think it should be if you're seeing the half-filled circle... If not, can you check for available downloads and try to re-download it?

Go to the support section, iTunes support, sales (or billing or something like that). You can follow through the steps and submit a request telling them what's going on. I've gotten a few support folks that didn't have a great grasp of what was going on, but in the end, they've always been able to help within a few replies over e-mail.
