iMac 27" 2.66GHz Intel Core i5. Unfortunately, I ordered it online and now have to wait for it to arrive! :(

Hopefully they ship quickly.

Going to be purchasing 4GB additonal RAM to upgrade to upgrade to 8GB total. Any advice on which type of compatible RAM not purchase?

Congrats, I don't know what country you're in but the U.S. store says ships in 24 hours. You should get it soon. Most people here might recommend Crucial for the ram upgrades but I just bought a Core i7 iMac and bought ram through this Mac memory retailer today. Got 4GB of Mac tested quality ram for $98 shipped today. This is the last day of the sale. 10% off and free shipping. No tax from where I live. http://www.macmemorystore.com/

In the US, but I didn't purchase from the mac store, got it from macconnection. Hopefully they are ok. Thanks for the link by the way, just purchased my upgrade!

If you haven't already done so, I would recommend that you get AppleCare...

Uggg....delay on my purchase. Apparently my billing address does not match what my bank has. Called my bank and verified it actually does match, called back customer service and they have to now get with the bank....oh the agony....:(
