I was thinking about buying a new iPad on eBay and was wondering if I'd be able to get Apple Care+ considering the new iPads have been out for less than a month. Just a bit nervous about buying the iPad and then not being able to get the extended warranty and accident coverage.

Ask the buyer when the device was purchased and if it eligible for AppleCare. You can add it if it is within 60 days of purchase. You can also ask the seller if it is possible to get the serial number to check for coverage.

If you're that concerned about having a warranty and being able to get extended coverage, you need to be buying new from an authorized dealer, not used on eBay.
