Just got my Mini 7, and would like to purchase some books and few apps. How do I go about setting up an account ?
I'd rather not give out a Credit Card and noticed Apple 'gift cards' in the stores. How do you go about using them to make your purchases ? Thanks...

Create account with no credit card step by step

Buy Apple gift cards with cash and then apply the gift card balance to the account. Then when you buy stuff, it will deduct from the balance.
