So before I could buy the CD and install Snow Leopard on both of my Macs. Now that Lion will be in the app store, does that mean I have to pay $29 for each Mac, or can I still just pay the one fee? Can you still get the CD?

No. You don't have to pay $29 for each mac.
You only pay once for X computers(X maybe 5 or 10; I am not sure).

You sign in to the MacAppStore through your AppleID and update your computer. Simple.

I'm afraid, you won't get the CD. But yes, you will be able to burn the disk image, you download from the MacAppStore to a DVD and use it for later purposes.

I was just interested in the CD if I had to pay $29 for each Mac. I didn't think they would make you pay twice, but just wanted to double check. Thanks!

Although I am all for the low price, perhaps due to the fact that Apple is not providing it on any media, I am still concerned how long a download is going to take when several hundred thousand or so people click download the minute it is released.
