Hello! I'm ordering a customized Macbook Pro (changing the storage to 512gb) from Japan since I'm going there in a few weeks and picking it up. The pick-up date says 10/17/2017.
My two questions are:
1. Will it really be ready by the 17th or is it just an estimated date?
2. How long will they hold my item if I don't pick it up by the specified date?
I can't get into contact with the Apple Japan since I'm not in the country. I managed to ask my local Apple Store, but I'm not sure if their answer (to question #2) applies to the Japan Apple Store.
