I have not purchased anything off that side personally, but a guy I did some video projects for back during the pandemic bought his Mac(s) off that site, and he said it was very reliable.
I've bought and sold through them multiple times. They're legit.
Just look over whatever you've purchased very carefully when you unbox it.
If it's not up to snuff you can return it for a full refund or replacement.
