Pure Platinum/Black Nike Sport Band: Unique Or Common?

Hey guys, I'm sorta fawning over this band to go with my space black aluminum watch to go for a whole black and white vibe, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if this is a seasonal/unique band like the Blue Orbit/Gamma band or if it'll be in stores/townsquares for a while.

Sure that was the Platinum/black? I thought they were only available with the watch, and might not even be available in the future. I don't see them on the Apple store.

No, it just came out last Thursday with the release of the S3 Nike watches. The Apple store near me had them in stock on the first day when I got my Space Gray Nike S3, but today, when I was planning to go back and pick one up, they are now out of stock. The store app estimates they will have them back in on Wednesday.

All of the stores near me are sold out too, so I'm suspecting it's quite popular right now.

That's what the box says. I guess I got lucky. Wasn't even looking for it originally

It IS popular but my local Apple Store in Alpharetta, GA had about 6 in stock on the shelf when I finally got mine on Friday. They were sold out and shipping was 1-2 weeks. I don’t know what to think just yet about whether or not this one will be limited like Blue Orbit/Gamma Blue and Violet Dust/Plug Fog were...

I just say get it while you can, Michael. It'd be he|| to find after it's gone, like Blue (eBay [and expensive] for mine) and Violet (I found one in The Netherlands a month ago, lol).

Aha! I get the confusion. You were talking band and I was talking loop. I didn't realize there was also a black/platinum band.
