Hi all.

I'm interested in getting the purevideo HD software package for my windows xp partition on my macbook pro 2.4 ghz.

It seems, though, that I have to download forceware drivers which include the purevideo optimizations. But if I do that, doesn't that mean that I overwrite the boot camp nvidia drivers? And are they not the only compatible drivers (due to the EFI interacting with the BIOS or something?) with the card.

Thanks a lot for your help!

You can use any drivers under Windows. The nVidia ones might not work for a mobile card though. They let the OEM provide those.
