Purpose of learn from this app in Siri settings?

Does anybody find learn from this app in Siri on the iPhone and iPad extremely useful?

I ask because I have never gotten a straight answer as to why this even exists or what purpose could it possibly serve, and I turn all of that off after I get my phone set up. The handful of suggestions that Siri makes is always ridiculous and of no use to me

Does anyone have any specific scenario where this makes their life incredibly easier, or is it as useless as I think it is?

I have a Siri Suggestion widget on Home Screen, around 70% of time it suggests useful things such as reply to someone's message or check read later list. 30% of time it's ridiculous, like watch someone's Twitch channel or check a random Discord chat.
