Purpose of the 'refurbish' option on ZIphone?

Hi, i just wanted to know what the 'refurbish' option on ZIphone was for since you can simply just click on 'restore' in itunes and it will take it back to standard iphone software.

that button removes files that were installed via jailbreak. If you get 1604 or 1603 errors when restoring, use this

Ahh ok, thanks for that, so i can still just click on 'restore' in itunes first if i want to reset the software, but use the 'refurb' button if errors occur during the restore?
