Push badge on Settings app on ios 5 won't go away

Has anybody had this problem before where you have a push notification badge on Settings app and it won't clear no matter what you do in the settings app? It's really annoying and I have had this badge since the ios5 beta and now the public release and it's still there. Can anybody help me with this?

Settings > General > Software Update

Check several times, force-quit the app, then relaunch it and see if the badge is gone.

Tried that but it didn't work. Did it happen to you before?
