Push email for anything besides .me and .mac?

Perhaps I am being dense here but...

Can I push email from my other email accounts such as the ones attached to my personal domain? Push mail concept still eludes me a bit. I get how .mac or .me mail can obviously be pushed, but what about all my other accounts?

You can only push your me account.

Push email has to be supported by your mail servers. Apple's servers for MobileMe support it, as do Microsoft Exchange servers, but most free or cheap email providers won't.

My host supports Push email (the IMAP-IDLE) command but the iPhone does not. I'm hoping they will add this for V2.1.

Think of it this way: It's "push me(.com)" but "pull you(r other accounts.)"

Yahoo mail is push. I've got myself a Yahoo address to use with the new phone.
