I don't know what's going on. PUSH email on my iPhone was working properly, then suddenly I noticed no more email were being pushed. I found out because I had to MANUALLY check emails on my phone and until then it would download any pending messages.
I've reset the settings again and again to "PUSH EMAIL" and things don't change. I still have to manually check my emails.
Have you guys had something similar happen to you?
Is it a phone issue or a AT&T issue?

Thanks for your replies.

Me Too

Are you using mobile me? I am using it and for a while there today nothing was being pushed. This is a routine thing. I contacted a mobile me representative today and she said it isn't mobile me. She said it was the iphone and the service for the iphone. She said that sometimes even though you may have a good signal to AT&T doesn't mean you have a good connection to the "network". Meaning you don’t have an ip address. She said that even if you are using wifi the iphone has difficulties. She basically said it was the iphone and there was nothing that they can do about it. Hopefully they will fix this issue soon. It becomes very frustrating. There is nothing you can really do about it other than trying to use a different service. Maybe a service like mail2web works better and more reliable.

PUSH email on iPhone not working

Um. I am actually using my YAHOO account for my email on the iPhone and I get this problem. I'm guessin you mobileME account is acting in the same manner.

I guess that what the representative told you "sounds logical" but at the same time they don't take responsibility for it. SO.........who is there to blame? and WHO is in charge of fixing this "NETWORK" issue? Are we just bound to wait until things just "magically" fix themselves?

If someone knows who to speak to about this issue, please let us know. It is kind of annoying paying for a service that is really not delivering. (NO PUN INTENDED LOL)
