Does an app like this exist? I'm looking for something like PushGmail that gives you push notifications of your mail and connects to the gmail.com web-browser upon launch. The only thing PushGmail is missing is multiple accounts. It's worthless for me to get this app unless I can utilize both my gmail accounts.

I've searched everywhere but have come up short. Is there an app that can do this?

Mail Notifier from Enflick does this. Well, it will launch Safari and take you to the Gmail web login page. I don't know how it works with two accounts. I don't know if the Gmail web page allows you to pass the username. You may have to enter them manually. You can email Enflick here and ask: support@enflick.com

I checked the appstore and this app doesn't open up into a webpage the way that pushgmail does. I want to be able to click on the icon that shows me the badge count and notifications and be taken to my inbox through the browser, just like pushgmail. The only thing I need is multiple accounts. Seems like every app offers a little bit of what I need but not everything.

Look here:

You will see that the new version of Mail Notifier will launch web mail. You need ask about how that works with multiple Gmail accounts. I have not tested that.
