Just used blackra1n to jailbreak my phone. Now my push notification isnt working. went to my setting and its on. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem...?

Many have had that issue. There is a fix in Cydia.
If you Google the problem, I bet you will find the answer.
you need to add the following source to cydia: http://cydia.iphoneil.net
when it has updated the sources do a search for push fix in cydia, install and then reboot and your good to go
