iOS Push out / link out the Profile Config for iOS beta?

I'm just new on App developing.
Me and my friend are starting to develop an app and I'm just wondering if it somehow possible to give him an link to the "profile configuration" for iOS beta without giving him my password for my developer account?

If you're asking if he can access the download site for iOS beta versions without valid credentials, I think the answer is no.

I did find a "work-a-round" I did register his UDID and then I did download the profile for the beta and I did send it to him trough e-mail it did work like a charm.
He installed the profile and then he did just search after software updates.
