Pushing emails for just a specific address via notifications?

Gonna be upgrading to 3.0 later and jailbreaking (again), want to start getting the most out of the jailbreak this time

Looking at all the ultra cool stuff like intelliscreen/etc.....

Here's what i want to be able to do:
When i receive a paypal payment, i'd like to receive a push notification for it (and to display on intelliscreen if possible?)
However the paypal app on the app store doesn't seem to support this...
I was thinking of using the email notification you receive when you get a payment, and then pushing this to the iphone...but yahoo mail (what im using) doesn't support either pushing...or auto-forwarding (without paid upgrade)

Anyone got any ideas whether this would be possible in the end? (if needs be....guess i can switch email accounts if it'd work with gmail)

You'd need more than JUST this, I think, but if you have a Mac, then Prowl is probably going to be a big part of the solution.

PushMail will give you a Push notification. You can set filters from your email to forward specific to your PushMail email address.
