Put one contact in dock?

Is it possible to place one contact in the dock? There's one number I call frequently and to do so I open up my contacts and click on the phone icon. Instead of opening up my contacts each time, is there a way to have that one contact in the doc? Where is there another shortcut I could use? Thanks.
