putting photos back

Is it possible to place back on my iPad photos that i have deleted and placed them in iPhoto?

Not sure if I understand your question, but if you have iCloud photo library enabled, you should be able to see them through the cloud. If not, then you'll need to connect your iPad to the computer that has the photo library, and then you can select/copy them over via iTunes.

You could also sync them over various other cloud services, like Google photos, OneDrive, or Dropbox.

I want to make a sorting of the best photos/photos i like the most out of all the collection, and place them in the iPad. Thats what im asking, can i place specific photos in my iPad?
