iPhone putting prl on iphone 4s....

I have a iphone 4s on 6.1.2 jb. Been reading threads about putting verizon prl on a sprint iphone to get faster data speeds. I have an ntelos iphone 4s (cdma) so instead of replacing the sprint carrier prl, I'm thinking I replace the ntelos carrier prl. I have ifile and tetherme on my phone already. Problem is when I use iexplorer to transfer the carrier.prl file iexplorer doesn't show the ntelos carrier file for some reason. It's on my phone, yet iexplorer doesn't show it.

Any ideas? Would openssh work better or does anyone know a different way? And I've read some issues with people doing this (mms). Can this be done more effectively with a program like cdma workshop?

Well I used disk aid to put a Verizon prl in the carrier bundle for ntelos (a regional carrier) did the push pro flag and reboot it showed 3G and the new prl in settings but the Internet wouldn't work. Tried another prl and same thing. I put the original ntelos prl back in and it works. Any ideas why the prls wouldn't work? Do I need to try multiple times?

Well again when I put 00001 and 01337 on my iPhone 4S, seems like voice works, i see the 3G icon but the Internet doesn't work. Maybe 00003 might work? I can put sprint prls on my phone no problem. Just trying to see if I can put a Verizon prl on there.
