I have successfully pwned 2.0 which is great. I know have a dilemma i can't get my edge back, anyone else? I tried to copy the installer.bundle from pwnage 1.1 -> 2.0 in the resources package contents so it would install it. It was not there. Cydia doesn't offer a source (that i know of) that offers a Tzones hack. I have tried manually to do it by following these instructions:

http://arashpayan.com/blog/index.php/2007/09/17/t-zones-aka-599-internet-access-on-the-iphone/

and I HAVE changed the private/..preferences.plist to just Libary/...preferences.plist so it would install in the correct location.

I know Tzones/EDGE is slow, but the pricepoint is perfect.

Anyone have any ideas?

So you followed those instructions, and you uploaded the proxy.pac to your phone, and in the preferences.plist, you refer to where you uploaded the proxy.pac?

i uploaded proxies.pac to /private/var/root

and i uploaded preferances.plist to /library/preferances/systemconfiguration

the new xml parsed into the preferances.plist points to private/var/root and i can locate it there in cyberduck. im slumped

In Cydia, go to the "install" menu and look under the directory for "Tweaks".
