Pwnage 2.0 - No Signal (Original iPhone)

Ok, here's my goal... to activate my GFs AT&T SIM in my old iPhone with 2.0 software. She doesn't want a data plan, so we just want to use the SIM from her current AT&T LG phone.

I created a custom firmware with just "Activate" selected. I restored it to the iPhone, but not I get no signal. Any ideas?

You'll need to have the phone unlocked if u want to use it as a phone...regardless of wanting a data plan.

Activating it just allows you to get past the "Slide for Emergency" screen.
