So i have 2.2 with baseboard v. 2.28. Here's what I did:

1. First thing I did was I activated my phone by putting in the SIM card (apparently it was better not to do that?).

2. Downloaded pwnage tool.

3. Ran pwnage tool: Basically all I did was choose iphone 3g, choose no when asked if it has been pwned before, and go into DFU mode.

4. Success, and then the screen tells me to restart itunes and run the custom .ipsw restore file. So I do. Nothing really happens though. My iphone is there in itunes under devices with just 1 summary tab, but that's about it.

And now my iphone won't turn on.
Should I be nervous?
