pwnage2.0 with 4.6BL phone downgraded to 3.9

I know there (used ot be atleast) no way to upgrade BACK to 4.6 if you were on a 3.9 bootloader phone. So, I have a quick question.

I have a 1.1.4 phone running 1.1.4 unlocked right now, it had the bootlaoder downgraded to 3.9 w/ ziPhone (ew i know. and i regret it now..) So, I was just wondering if there is is a way to;

Upgrade a 3.9 bootloader phone that was origonally a 4.6, downgraded to 3.9 with ziPhone so pwnage can JB, activate and unlock the phone.

Please, could someone confirm if this works/doesnt.
