PwnageTool Custom IPSW for Iphone 3G firmware v2.2

I was hoping that someone here would be kind enough to upload a custom IPSW for the Iphone 3G firmware v2.2 that does not contain the baseband update. I am looking for an IPSW that includes Cydia and Installer but does not include Activation (since I am using ATT at the moment) and has no custom boot logos.
