Pwnd iPhone question

So I am getting iffed at the app store, and I am considering big time to pwn my iPhone 3G when 2.0.2 comes out. So my questions are:

1. It is reversible right?
2. Can you change the background/format like you could with the first iPhone?
3. Where can you get said background/theme changes?
4. What apps are must haves ^_^ "i know i want to get touchpad pro and band"

1) Yes, fully

2) Yes, with Winterboard

3) Yes, currently on Cydia, soon on Installer, or drop them in yourself

4) Few feature apps have been ported to 2.0 yet, and some developers are now focusing exclusively on the AppStore. That said, there are already a few good games, and expect more good apps very soon
