Q: AMD Radeon HD 6750M GPU 512 MB GDDR5 pulled from 2011 iMac work on XSERVE 3,1 ?

Has anyone tried or know of someone who changed out the MXM board from an XSERVE 3,1 (GeForce GT120) to an AMD HD6750M ?

I pulled out from an iMac 12,1 (2011) MXM card and wanted to know if it will work on a Xserve 3,1 (2009) ?

Hoping to get better video using a 27" Thunderbolt display....

WX7100 is gonna work but you have to flash it for the bootscreen support. Check the iMac upgrade thread here on the forum
