Q-tip stuck in iPhone jack

Dropped my phone in the bath yesterday and dried it out in rice etc etc. but it was stuck in headphones mode. I put a q-tip in to remove the water but it broke off. Panicked and went online to find a solution and put a drop of hotglue on a toothpick and tried to remove it but all it did was create a hole amidst all the cotton and i think now, superglue. HELP!

Seems like someone can get something stuck in the Lightning port as well if they put in the work.
