what do you mean finally? i've had qik on my jailbroken iphone for months and months. it does live streaming just fine.

The app I got from Cydia streams just fine over either. Sure, there's a couple second delay, but works great.

I am still in a quandry about all of this streaming confusion.

Today I can watch the the PGA championship. According to directtv, All nfl games will be able to stream on 3g.

Qik was trying to get their streaming app into the App Store for the past year. Everyone knew this would happen. Chances are AT&T refused this app like Slingbox and others.

It is interesting that other apps have been allowed. They seem to be only from big name companies like MLB and DirectTV. AT&T probably has interests in in those areas and don't want to upset them. Slingbox and Qik don't carry that sort of weight.

ATT is protecting their precious, overloaded network.

UPGRADE IT ATT. With the windfall of cash the iPhone has given this company, they should be able to handle ANY load (slingplayer, live streaming, oh, and MMS!!).

I hate ATT. The millisecond the iPhone or something better is available on another network, I'm gone. (I've tried the Pre, it sucked majorly)

I don't understand why Qik can't stream live over WiFi, rather than just being able to upload your already recorded videos over WiFi..
