Qmaster service during start-up

I noticed that recently Panther launches "Qmaster Shake service" (or something similar, it happens pretty quick) during its startup.
What is this service and who put it there (I never installed shake)?

did you install Shake on your machine lately? that's probably it.

edit: oh sorry i just read what you said about not installing shake. Well its a shake thing, so...
