I have a 4 bay QNAP external drive, I have plugged it in a few times and every time it froze the computer and had to restart.
It has 2x seagate 16tb drives in it. Connected via usb.
I also have a PS5 1tb external that doesnt mount or have visibility at all? HELP!

Kindly provide more information on the tech issue. Not needed to create multiple threads. Maybe info on your OS, the format of the QNap drives and PS5, type of files you’re transferring or other info that might help. Thanks :)

Oh, OK, Im on a mid 2012 MacPro 128gb ram, Cant mount or see the PS5 drive at all so no idea, mounts on the PS5 though, trying to look at photos on the ps5 from years ago. dont know how to check or format on the PS5.
The Seagate drives are Journaled HFS+ i think? How would I format them if they freeze on mounting?
