I am using IOS 13.6 and want to scan a ticket in the form of a QR Code that's been sent to me. How do I do this in 13.6? I thought in control panel there was a QR reader but I can't see one unless it moved, so how can I go about this, please on my iPhone 10xs Max or do I have to download a QR Scanner from the App store?

Just open the camera app and hold it over the QR image, the camera app has a built in QR code scanner.

You need to add the QR reader to the control center - it's not there by default.
Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls
