QT video fully loads before playing... Help!

Hi,

I have 3 music video's on my web-site. When you click on any of them, another window pops up. 2 video's play immediately after clicking on them. The 3rd one has to fully load before playing.

How can I get the 3rd video to start immediately after clicking on it?
